I agree, however her motive was to steal from a drug dealer. It just so happened that he and his family here Hispanic so the pro-illegals are trying to spin this into a hate crime.
Your right and something that seems to be done more then quite often.
But not a member of the "Minutemen" group most think of by that name. Her little group of psychos are/were a different kettle of fish entirely.
Most pro-illegals have tried to blur the two groups together though so that they can demonize the entire Minuteman organization. Forde was kicked out of the original group because of her violent tendencies and formed her own group but that doesn't stop the pro-illegals from lumping the original group in with Forde and her group of psychos though.
I don't think that much spinning is necessary, the facts are rather self-evident not to mention that the purpose of the robbery was to pay for her border activities.
It is still a spin when the claim is being made that this was a hate crime against Hispanics. Again, she was trying to extract money from a drug dealer regardless of his ethnicity. What she was planning on doing with the money is irrelevant. It still wasn't a hate crime against Hispanics.
She and her companion shot down a 9 year old little girl, who was abruptly awaken to witness the murder her father. They shot and murdered an innocent NINE year old little girl AND the girl's father, and tried to murder her mother.
Death by injection is too kind for this Mexican hating member of the minutemen.
These murders had nothing to do with hate for Mexicans. If this guy and his family had been anglo drug dealers and she knew they had money she and her ilk would have done the same thing to them. It was all about money to her.
Why is it that everytime a Hispanic/Mexican gets killed by a white person all of a sudden it is a hate crime regardless of the motives involved?
She committed a heinous crime, and justice has been served. However, to my knowledge, she was not charged with a hate crime, and her stance on illegal immigration was not her motive for murdering these people.
Is the purpose of this thread to report the outcome of the trial, or to somehow portray this reprobate as being representative of opponents of illegal immigration?

Exactly! She was not charged with a hate crime even though the pro-illegals and ethnocentrics are trying to make it so.
I am sure you are right on in your last paragraph, Benicar. They are using this incident and any other incident where a Hispanic/Mexican was killed as an avenue to smear the anti-illegal immigration movement.

yep.
the BBC last night reported this ad nauseum, always referring to her as a member of 'the minutemen,' ignoring that she'd been kicked out 2 years before she murdered these two people. it's amazing how much more even handed their online coverage was: BBC News - Death sentence for US anti-migration activist Shawna Forde
that said, the death penalty is well justified in this case.

Note how they also called her and anti-"immigration" activist? I am so sick of the lies.
Yes, she got what she deserved, however.
