Exercising their first amendment rights. Elections have consequences, but so do actions once you're in office--it's called accountability to the people.
The "people" spoke in the historic 2010 election, where the democrat got their behind's kicked and now they are trying to nullify an election because they don't care for certain legislation.
Sounds like they're setting a precedence they will regret later.

I just have to say how happy I am, after just two short years, the American people has risen up against the radical agenda of the current occupant of the Oval Office, which culminated in an election of historic proportions, across this great nation, returning it once again to the norm...but it will take a bit of time to implement all that needs to be done.
And when the Senate falls in 2012, hopefully the WH will come back to where it belongs as well.
God was, is, ans always will be in control of all political events worldwide.
Why is that good? Because in the end, those who are His, through a relationship with Christ, will win - and those who cheat, kill, and destroy - whether on the right or left - will be dealt with.
The GOP Pawns are outing themselves and the 2012 elections are right around the corner.
