That's up to their constituents.

If we're not their constituents, our opinions on that issue do not count.

I think there are going to be calls for a recall vote on both sides, and you're right--our opinions don't matter, and there's no clear polling data on where Wisconsin voters stand on this. We'll just have to see what happens.

Yes they should be recalled. The fleebaggers fled from the jobs they were elected to do. I just hope the Dems remember their support for these childish actions if the tables ever turn. The Dems have just set another lowly precident.

I suspect the residents of WI and IN will let us all know soon enough.

If legislators in my state dare to pull such a stunt I'll be helping with any recall efforts!

Meanwhile, 71% of Americans said they would oppose a hike on sales, income or other taxes to tackle budget shortfalls.
Poll: Most oppose Wisconsin-style bills - Jennifer Epstein - POLITICO.com

Public employee unions want to be able to continue to demand salary and benefits increases which are paid for by the taxpayers, and 71% of Americans don't want their taxes increased to pay for it.

What's the public employee unions' plan to reconcile that?

Not at all, they should be awarded for standing up to the Koch's fascist machine trying to destroy america. Walker should be repealed.

CAN YOU READ. The unions already agreed to every financial concession the governor requested--this is entirely about bargaining rights and not about the budget at this point, and if you'll bother to quote the rest of the Gallup poll you took your numbers from from, you'll see that 61% of people in the same poll were opposed to cutting collective bargaining rights in their state for public workers--including 40% of the REPUBLICANS they polled.
