I'd consider Germany cause I have family as well, but I don't speak German and Spain I only need 2 years residency to be eligible for dual citizenship so, I think I'd hack it by myself there for 2 years then decide where to go from there

Yes, but you have to work in their system to earn it and unemployment is high there too. Don't count on being able to get a (legal) job in Germany.

But, given the phrasing of the thread, yes, Germany is one of the best countries to live in. If it had been "which is the best country for an American to move to", the definite negatives would have to be considered (as I have been doing looking for a retirement home).

I currently have a job in Germany.
By your own admission, you've moved the goalpost in the thread.
My comment, and it is true, is that Germans have good UHC.
