I find it humorous the way they throw the homophobe title around to anyone who disagrees with them. It's there "go to" word when they have nothing of substance to say.
And again, we don't care what the employees sexual preference is and we don't care about his private life as long as it doesn't get in the way of job performance.

The only straight people I've seen get labeled a "homophobe".... are the ones who are obviously homophobic...which is only a small minority of the straight people on these forums.
