I dont think ive always agreed with you much...unless im thinking of someone else but youre spot on here. This whole "rights" thing is just garbage.

To me, I equate in, in a sense, to how certain groups in power, use minorities and others to get their agenda through. They dont care about the people, they care about the power/money flow, they obtain from them. And they lose some bargaining. So what. They have to take some cuts from salary/pension. So what. The private sector middle class would love to get some of these deals. But who would pay for it? The unions and their members dont care, because who pays for it? The middle class tax payers.

You do realize that when Beck's would-be buddies, the Koch brothers, billionaires that they are, get rid of the unions and run the government that that will have an impact on people who are retired as well as working folks. If no one has any money, we're all in deep trouble.

This is about Union power and income flow. That's it. Unions are fine with allowing some to get fired and even fine with a little drop in benefits/salaries. But the last thing they want is for their power to be diminished. That, in turn, would sever the lifeline to the Democratic Party.

And some of you liberals know this. Some are willing to admit it, some arent. But that is what all this comes down to. So please, quit hiding behind this "rights" bs.
Exactly. And this is partly why Democrats are vehemently supporting the unions. Some of the hard workers are paying for their campaigns, whether they want to or not.

People have asked why Obama hasnt marched like he said he would in 2007. Well, can he really even do that? Especially given the fact the federal employees dont even have the "rights" public employees have in Wisconsin.

This new fixation with the Koch brothers is fascinating. The same folks whining about them can manage nary a peep about Geoge Soros.

Oh please. And Van Jones explained it quite well really. He was right on Jones like many others have been. Jones has admitted who he is, he isnt that criptic. Beck doesnt need to "exaggerate" as you say.

And on Beck's "ignorance". At least he is willing to admit when he is wrong or when he makes a mistake. Now if only people like you, the media, and others could do the same. As much as you Beck bashers obsess with Beck constantly, he's at least willing to admit when he screws up. You may try that some time or at least tell the ones who push your agenda to do some every one in a while.

You've GOT to be kidding?

You know WHY companies move overseas???? Unions.

I can recall when I went off to college other kids my age went to work in mills. They laughed at me because they were getting $15/hour and slept 4 hours of an 8 hour shift. If someone worked hard, they were warned to slow it down because you'll make them all look bad. Union mentality.

They were buying Corvettes while I struggled to pass a final exam.

But guess what? They're out of work now because they bled the company dry ........ it closed or moved overseas.

They are looking for someone to point a finger at. Someone to blame and say is "behind" all of this. Why? Because what are they going to do? Admit the truth that the real people they are against is the middle class tax payer who has to foot the bill for all of this crap.
