Since HappyTexan has me on his ignore list, will someone please remind him that we turned out in extraordinary numbers to rally for all the non-union workers who were losing their jobs by the millions in 2008. He seems to have forgotten about a little thing we had that year called an election, and the massive number of people who rallied against the Republican policies that caused those gargantuan job losses.

Thanks.

Perhaps you might remember a thing we also had last year called an election. Obama and his merry band of morons did such a bang up job that the Dems did swell in 2010.

NAFTA has absolutely NOTHING to do with jobs being pumped out to china and india at record paces. That is 100% republican corporate greed. The democrats have tried many times to stop the off-shoring of direly needed american jobs but the republicans have shot these bills down every time.

Yeah, and we had an election in 2010 too, in fact, a HISTORIC election that saw GOP gains across the nation, in governorships, in state legislatures and in the House. That was due to the horrible, job-killing policies of obama and the democrats.

Sounds like today's rally was a bust, except in Madison.

Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion: 50-State Union Protest Falls Far Short Of Predicted Turnout

See, when you can get everyday, non-union people to come out and support you, you might have a case, but as we have learned recently, the public sector unions have it really good and the people are disgusted with their greed and selfishness.

I guess you assume it's okay for me to pay for political issues I don't support whenever I go to the store and buy something from a company whose corporate officers/owners give to Republican campaigns?
Apples and oranges. You have a CHOICE, Jilly. Those FORCED to join the union in order to work, don't have a choice.

I don't support corporations spending billions of my consumer dollars on political campaigns.
Oh, the irony. Of course, you have no problem whatsoever with the unions spending $400 million on political campaigns.

I don't trust you or any other ignorant liberals but I'm fully aware that we don't have a table big enough to hold all the delusional libs running around here.
