Before Unions, there was a small middle class. Unions gave us the 40 hour work week, overtime, equal rights, civil rights, workman's compensation, work area safety and got rid of child labor.
The GOP would love to go back to the 1890's and 80 hour work weeks, child labor, etc.
THIS is why the left can't win arguments. They post such asinine things that people just can't take them seriously. What's scary is that some of them believe themselves.

Republicans keep telling me they're sooooo generous and give to charities at such high levels. Well, DO IT! Get the government off the religious organizations teat. Without the Church, you'd have no hospitals or charities. The VAST majority of these are run by religious organizations. There are VERY few secular ones worth mentioning.
And I love the imaginary numbers the left makes up. If they say it enough times and use caps lock enough, they think they'll enlighten people to their garbage.
