The 12,000 that are going to get the axe, most likely didn't vote for Walker on Nov. 2nd, 2010.
I'd go as far as to predict less than 1% of Government workers voted for Walker.

Actually, it will be on the heads of the missing democrats.

Unless his budget is passed, he will miss the opportunity to refinance their debt and if that happens, here come the layoffs.

The OP's title is "Walker triggers the layoffs".
That's not true. The WI teacher's union requirements is triggering the layoff notices.

Great!!! Walker will lay off a bunch of these deadbeats AND eliminate collective bargaining for public sector unions. This is a win-win for the state!!
