30% of it's funding comes from labor unions.
That alone would make it a biased site.

There's nothing preventing the company from offering same package to non union workers?

How many unions would be willing to allow this? None?

88% of working Americans do not belong to unions.
Globalization is equalizing the world whether Americans like it or not.
Unions are not part of that globalization.

Please, when you post links try using non biased links. Posting a link from a union website to back up a claim that unions are good is just stupid.

I for one am happy unions drove wages and benefits through the roof. That is probably the absolute biggest factor in my area for our economic boom over the last 25 years. Many jobs and residents have moved here as a result. (Raleigh, NC)
Amazingly enough, we have accomplished a strong middle class, very nice housing for the cost, and a diverse employment field all without unions. I wonder how that is?

What? The vast majority of the Raleigh area is middle class and there are virtually no unions. What a myth!

In fact, the RTP area employs many high wage earners. While Wake County teaching is sort of a basketcase, other surrounding counties I believe are faring better and none have unions to my knowledge.

Okay.

Many people reading this were afforded their lifestyle by parents who had union jobs. Those jobs helped to create the middle class of this country. Without unions, families would not have been able to provide what we have come to think of as “the American Dream."
