I think that sounds incredibly far-fetched and unlikely. What are the odds that, even if sperm survived being in the woman's mouth, it could then travel to where it needed to go after being artifically placed in her vagina?
But even if it is true, child support is not punishment. It is money to care for a child. The child has no blame in this, and it's his biological child. There's no sense in whining about what is essentially an unfortunate consequence stemming from a poor choice in sexual partner.

First, both adults are wholly responcible for their own actions and both are to have the reasonable belief that they say what they mean and are not pschyopathic liars.
A "reasonable" mistake would be the condom broke during vaginal intercourse, they attempted the withdrawal method, he ejaculated raw and she tried to wash it out but he knew what he had done.
All of these are "reasonable" excuses that would place the man with the equal burden.

It very easy for a woman to impregnate herself or another woman, I wrote a prior thread where a lesbian used a turkey baster to impregnate her partner, against the partner's will.
Outrageous story. Basically, if a man ejaculates then he's liable for child support. Even if he used a condom... the woman might have retrieved it from the garbage bin and used it to conceive a child.
There is MUCH more to this story. Irons stated to the Associated Press in 2005, that they HAD intercourse several times over the course of the four year affair. Irons also stated that Phillips knew that she was in a relationship with another man.
The whole stealing the sperm is also predicated on the fact that he possibly did indeed have sex with her.
It really is a he said/she said.
The rest of the story (sperm as a gift) was a means to not have it stay into a he said/she said type case.
I really don't know what to think. If Irons is telling the truth, then Phillips obviously needs to pay. If Phillips is telling the truth, then it is too devious to have to pay on the one hand. However, it is still, technically his child who could face emotional issues later if he mishandles this.
