I could go on and on with different industries where money is funneled to Republican politicians like the Koch brothers contributions to Governor Scott Walker's campaign and these Republican poltiicans doing the bidding of various industry executives.

Where is your outrage?
Good Post I see it bothered the self-appointed Moderator here so much he told to go away. The big picture usually IS hard for the righties to grasp since the have not recieved any marching orders from their handlers on anything other than the specific issue they are told to scream about. There is no outrage over Big Business doing the same they say the unions do because THAT is who owns the GOP today. Hypocracy at its finest and the right-wingers are the Best at it.

No, he just needs voters that can see that the GOP would take us back to the stoneage if they get the chance.

Not only that, Obama has blatantly admitted that he, his supporters, and the public employee unions and their supporters are stupid.

Obama is as stupid as the rest of that crew, or he's trying to capitalize on the left's MAJOR weakness - they're 'feelers' , not thinkers. The thinkers already knew the facts Walker cites. The 'feelers' are ignorant of the facts, and are quite easily led around by the nose by those seeking to manipulate them emotionally.

Perhaps you could point out where he is wrong?

Obama, continuing the gross dereliction of duty tour, has taken the side of "union cheerleader", rather than president of the US, and has taken the "side" of the unions.

Given this action, as well as the proposed 2012 budget, it is quite clear that Obama has no intentions of addressing the deficit and debt and simply wants to keep spending into insolvency. That is not "leadership", that is selling out the future of the nation to short term special interests.

Not likely. Public employees are a very small percentage of WI residents. The rest of the WI taxpayers will breathe a HUGE sigh of relief that someone finally has the guts to stand up to the selfish greedy unions, and work for the taxpayers' best interest.

Um... you know we're discussing PUBLIC employee unions, not private unions, right? This dispute involves the greedy public employee unions - vs. - the other 90% of WI residents, aka the taxpayers.

Since 2/3 of Wisc believes the Gov to be completely wrong on this issue, I suspect he is feeling the pressure. Hence the Gov's desperation and perhaps some Repub Senators will start listening to their constituents.
