APPLETON — Appleton police say a municipal citation they issued to state Rep. Gordon Hintz earlier this month is connected to a prostitution investigation involving an Appleton massage parlor.
The 37-year-old Oshkosh Democrat was arrested Feb. 10 and cited the next day under a city sexual misconduct ordinance.
In a statement e-mailed to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Hintz said, "I am willing to take responsibility for my actions."

This is also the guy they were holding up as a hero for his floor speech I believe.
He should be arrested (outside of the citation issued for sexual misconduct) for threatening a state official.
