Does it count when the republican form of government is transformed into the democratic form and then transformed into the democratic socialist form?
And if one wishes to counter that transformation back to the original republican form, is that "counter revolutionary"?
Or are the proponents of a republican form "treasonous" to the current democratic socialist form?
And if one wishes to end the State of Emergency, and rescind those laws passed under expediency, is that "treason"?
Senate Report 93-549
War and Emergency Powers Acts
"A majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years (as of this report 1933-1973), freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency."
If you look at what the Illuminati have done, rather, the Free Masons--you will start to realize that the power of the Illuminati has 'slowly but surely' become stronger, and it occured all with their influence. The more people that become successful as a Free Masons, the more people will want to join. Today, there are some 6 million members--many of which are our leaders, businessmen, pro athletes, etc.
Treason is the only crime specifically mentioned in the constitution, and since overthrowing the government is treason, it is a crime.
WRONG!! The US Federal government was created by the STATES as a VOLUNTARY UNION. The Constitution once signed does not become "SKYNET" and thus anyone wanting to pull the plug is an enemy of the state. A Constutional Convention can be convened to ABOLISH THE UNION. How is this illegal??
You are hilarious...... You cannot amend it if it contradicts it. The amendments have to be CONSTITUTIONAL. They have to fall in line with the rest of the document. You can't stick an amendment in there that says we no longer have unalienable rights. You know why? Because that very document with the BOR says that they are UNALIENABLE.
Sure you can. If an amendment is PASSED then it becomes part of the ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. We prohibited the sale of alcohol and later repealed it. Was the repeal illegal???
I found the answers to this in another thread to be pretty amazing, so I thought it deserved it's own thread.
No.
There is nothing in the US Constitution that prevents the overthrow of the government by any means peaceful, violent or otherwise.
If you read the private letters and public writings of the men who participated in writing the Declaration or the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, they made it quite clear that armed revolution was an acceptable means of removing any government from power that failed to perform to the satisfaction of the people.
Unlike the brain-washed people today, those men did not view government as an inanimate object. A government is simply people, and you have the unalienable right to remove those people if they fail to live up to the social contract.
Of course, we're viewing this from the most rational person's point of view, not that of the least rational or most irrational who would incessantly whine that not having free iPhones and free iPhone service is a grievous injustice necessitating the over-throw of the government.
