If they are here promoting Sharia Law then it is the Tea Partys job to protest them. As for the brown shirts and jack boots, the union thugs are using all of those in front of the children at all their hate -filled union protests.

A Muslim group in Orange County California INCA decided to hold a fundraiser to raise money for a Women's shelter.
A Tea Party group showed up to spew hate along with subtle death threats.
What you are witnessing are modern day Brown Shirts in the USA. This is just how the Nazi party grew to power in Germany in the 1920's and 30's. Only instead of Jews, it's Muslims.
I remember Ed from a while back in a non-political (charity function) setting and he is no hater. There have been groups financing in fact terror in the name of anything else, so don't believe everything you are told, go read various sources.
I personally had someone who was afraid after some party years ago where they came across these Middle Eastern folks bragging about the future terror acts they had planned here on American soil in Orange County (where I think Ed is a representative). I helped that person report it safely, they were connected to a mosque and it was real. Iranians in that case.
I'm going to take a wild stab and guess that you don't have any friends who are Muslims.

My best friend a few years ago was married to a Syrian Muslim, devoutly religious, Israel and Jew hating. She had to ask his permission if she could befriend me. He initially told her no, but she stood her ground. Okay, I got to go over to the house, where he was actually always polite (probably didn't know all the things she told me he said).
She wanted to get a puppy dog for the kids and he didn't. She persisted. Finally he said okay, so long as it stays in the backyard. Meanwhile, he wouldn't actually let the kids play with it, so it just sat there, lonely and whimpering. When the freezing weather came, he wouldn't let it go in the garage. She had to take it to the pound after it almost froze to death. He had zero concern for it. He was teaching her a lesson about what happens when a wife defies her husband's wishes.
Then the physical abuse began, slapping her across the face and hitting her in front of the kids. I had to accompany her down to the courthouse to get a restraining order against him and she had to go stay with her mother for a while. He threatened her that if she tried to take the kids, he had relatives who would "do the job" for him, meaning, kill her. She was too afraid to go up against him, which meant going underground with relatives forever, and moved back in. Periodically he would call me and accuse me of encouraging her to get a divorce. It was very creepy to have him calling me. Shortly after that, my friendship with her waned. I just didn't feel safe.
Now I see he's a big mucky-muck in the political activism branch of the Muslim community in my city, palabering about how peaceful Islam is and how unfair all the criticism of Muslims is. But I know the inside story, and this is just one Muslim man's life.
So don't ever challenge me because I don't have "Muslim friends." I also lived in Israel for years and knew plenty of Muslims then. Unless you ARE a Muslim, I know more of them than you do (uh, not-so-wild stab).
If you're a liberal, which I suspect you are, you will be the first to get knocked off. You won't be laughing, smirking, sneering or accusing conservatives of fear-mongering then, I assure you.
So your anecdotal experience leads you to feel comfortable in concluding that no Muslims like dogs or women. Fantastic.
If they are religious Muslims, I know what the correct conclusion is. By accusing me of not having Muslim friends, YOU were asking for anecdotal experience and giving it supreme authority. You did that, not me. According to you, if only I had Muslim friends, I'd know the truth. Well, I do know Muslims, and yes, I do know the truth.

Um...did you miss the part where this particular group of Muslims (ICAN) was a fundraiser for known terrorist organizations? Or that one of the speakers at this event is an extremist, and was involved with the WTC bombings? Or are we just supposed to ignore that, because, after all, all Muslims are incapable of doing really bad $3it?
of course as usual left wing nuts posting videos without telling the whole truth..the protest was against the 2 imam nuts who were guest speakers and want Sharia law in the USA and all that other anti-American crap..and we will not stand for it..I don't care how they cloak events by saying they are fund raisers for homeless women and puppy dogs..we get it..and we will not stand for it...case closed
[MOD CUT] There is no doubt in my mind that sharia law is wholly incompatible with western civilization. There is no doubt that it does not belong on this soil because it is antithetical to the spirit of our constitution. Some legal beagle might claim otherwise or mince my words but I know it in the marrow of my bones to be true.
America only works when people intend to get along. When any group animates itself in such a way as to inflict itself on my fellow american (KKK reign of terror on southern brothers, westboro baptists on gays, blacks preying on whites)-- all of this should be considered terrorist activity. It's a right to free speech abused, and if your pursuit of happiness worships predatory behavior you are the one needing escort out of this civilization.
People may strongly disagree with Catholicism and the notion of the Papacy but his pointing out of damaging language present in the Koran that create a situation where negotiating is pointless is not erroneous or disrespectful in any way. Everywhere Islam takes root yields a failure to thrive and that alone should clue Islam clergy to wrongful interpretations destructive to the muslim brand of civilization. Can I sort out good islam from bad islam? When they fail to renounce destructive teachings and empower an Imam with God like authority to wield his psychiatric problems against humanity, you BET I've got a problem with them too. No matter how entitled they feel about their expression of rights, they're only proving to me they see immature concepts of freedom in America.
