That is their vote.

How is the 50% that doesn't vote more flawed than the 50% that does? They are both working the system. It's kind if funny really.

The left supports all that decays society and civility and the right wants a civilized society. I don't know how you can bring those two together.

Practical examples of your rhetoric would be helpful for civil discourse.

There's not a dime's worth of difference between Republicans and Democrats. Only the naive think that people really have a REAL choice when it comes to Federal elections. It's all about the $$$$$$$. Voting would be a lot more important if the candidates were significantly different. With very few exceptions, they aren't.

what i hate most are the lap dogs of the gop and dem parties.

the ones on here who will never say anything bad about the party they back, and will always criticize the other.

these lapdogs who vote gop and dem down the line are too uninformed to not realize that by giving yourself solely to one side, you eliminate your worth to that side.

you are just another gop/dem vote, i dont have to worry about that partisan hack, i got that vote already.

he's a "fan" of my team. he'll be gop/dem for life.

thats what the lapdog doesn't realize.

i seriously have been debating this for sometime and think it would honestly cut out all the BS invovled and more things may happen and the government would run smoother.

thoughts/opinions?
It already is one big homeogenous party. It used to be that Democrats really were pacifists and really did want to stop wars but look at President Obama. He is just as much of a War Monger as Bush turned out to be.
It used to be that Republicans really were fiscally conservative; believed in smaller government and didn't go along with reckless spending but that is no longer the case. Look at all the new Republicans that were elected that promised their consituents they would stop the spending. Now that they (except for a tiny majority) are in Washington they are just following along and towing the party line.

The problem is the government is running TOO SMOOTHLY now! Why would you want it any smoother? They are passing laws that are destroying our country at BREAKNECK speed. Why would you want to help them do that? I hope your question is tongue in cheek.
