That is one big number that was found recently in the 2900 page Obamacare law that seems to have been well hidden and never found in the few hours that Pelosi and Reid allowed their people to read it. It seems that there is a chance that it was sneaked in late at night after the abortion was written. Also, it seems that it has already been spent, in toto.
Now many here will consider this to be a lie since I heard Michelle Bachmann talking about the thing on Hannity's show tonight. Also, she said that HHS Secretary had a $16 billion slush fund provided in there. Now the really bad part comes in that she was given another slush fund of an unspecific amount to spend. That is just not even kind of Constitutional, partially since the amount of that kind of money has to be specific.
Yes, Nasty Nancy was certainly right when she said "We will have to pass this bill to find out what is in it." How many Republicans voted for this thing?
How can the Republicans defund this law with that much in it to allow for the success of it? Bachmann says there is a good way to take care of it, but I need to see it happen.
Willing to bet Obama and his criminal buddies have hidden money all over place earmarked to go to his commie friends, anti Americans and community organizer types.

I blame Reid and Pelosi more than Obama for this one since it was them that inserted all that crap and then didn't let the Congress read the bill before no Republicans voted for it. They said they could pass it without Republicans and darned if they didn't get it done.
Now all that money has already been spent and there is no way to defund the law. That may be true or not but Michelle says they still have a shot at doing just that. It has to do with the Dems not passing a budget months ago when they should have.
I forgot to say that the Congressional Research Service reported this about a week before the election last fall, but who was looking at things like that back then? Timing very often has all to do with things and they timed this one very well.
