No he will be elected another term, unless there is some uprising new star that we haven't seen yet. Otherwise it's the same old boring republican canidates. They need to do better than a McCain/Palin ticket. And it has to be a moderate.

Well they would go with the incumbent regardless of the race issue. They arn't that dumb.

Gas isn't even at $4 a gallon yet in most places in the U.S. The principle driver in gas prices right now is uncertainly about gas supplies due to the social and political unrest in the Middle East.

The irony is that higher oil prices create greater incentives to produce at the same time they change people’s habits and they drive less, which will eventually drive down the price of gas.
