Minnesota Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann on Tuesday reintroduced the "Light Bulb Freedom of Choice Act," a bill to repeal a 2007 law mandating that incandescent light bulbs be phased out.
"The government has no business telling an individual what kind of light bulb to buy," she said in a news release Wednesday.
I hope this will go through. I hate those stupid CFL's. I agree with Bachmann. The government should not be determining what kinds of light bulbs we can have.
I consider the federal govenrment telling yo what you must use a big issue. The item being discussed is small, i.e. a lightbulb, but if we allow them to do that, then whats next?
The amount of water we can use in our toilets. Oh wait, the Democrats in Congress already dictated that one too. These leftist fascists should be shot on sight.
The big picture of this is carbon credits. The PTB make money off selling them to other countries. It's all about making money.
Our light bulbs, if discontinued, lowers our carbon credits by THEIR standard, they now have MORE carbon credits to SELL to other countries which gives them PERMISSION to pollute more.
This has been discussed here many times and when people finally figure out we are being manipulated by the PTB for their gain and our loss.
The mercury bulbs and the poisoning of our land and people is a crisis waiting in the wings for their next adventure.
