The liberals and their media's silence is deafening. In 2008 under Bush when gas prices were actually lower than they are today the proggies couldn't stop screaming and crying for Nazi Bush's death every day. But now?.... *crickets chirp*
Amazing how these things work.
Where’s the outrage over the high gas prices? (http://joepritchett.com/2011/03/03/wheres-the-outrage-over-the-high-gas-prices/ - broken link)
I have a simple question…where’s the outrage over gasoline prices reaching $3.50 and way over $4.00 a gallon in some places. In March. If George W. Bush were in office every cable news channel and every crooked reporter would be burning flags in protest. I remember those days, it was only three years ago.
You're right. it couldn't be supply and demand or specualtion, I think Obama is also to blame for the Tsunami in Japan.
In one of the more useful news broadcasts I watched last night, it was reported that while Middle East unrest is playing a small part in gas prices, the biggest culprit during this round of increased prices (as opposed to 2008) was the weaking dollar. Barrels are priced, worldwide, in dollars and the dollar is so weak it is causing the spike.
I'm sure, depending on your perspective, we will all have different ideas as to who is to blame for that.
If you don't like the way Bush is handling gas prices you shouldn't have voted to keep him in office for a third term. Some people even want him re selected for a FOURTH term.
Bush must be as great as FDR.
$3.75 a gallon in SE Pa.

That report sounds awfully close to the Domino Theory.
