I don't see how anyone is "obligated" to give anyone any assistance. Especially after Nanking, LOL. But seems like despite history they did end up giving something so you might just be digging for reasons to feel superior.

Agreed, except for the part about the emergency fund account. Who cares if politicians set up a special account; it is still OUR money they are stealing and giving away.

Charity is great if you earn money and wish to donate it to a worthy cause. However, NO politician has the right to give away American tax dollars to ANY charity. OUR money is NOT THEIRS TO GIVE AWAY!!!

The sheer lunacy of borrowing money to give away, and paying interest on it, is beyond comprehension. To add insult to devastating injury, our government's ongoing policy of printing dollars with nothing behind them robs every single one of us of buying power, and gives us basically yet another huge pay cut every year if we work.

America continues to be destroyed by the army of traitors in Washington, and we would be MUCH better off giving our national decision-making power to nations like China--at least China would make sure we have a few Middle Class people left to buy their products!

It's probably still more than what any of the oil-rich Middle-East countries have/will give.
