I know there are some movements in America that are very anti-Muslim but generally in the US what do people think of them?

We don't necessarily dislike Muslims. We just dislike people who want to blow us up. It just so happens that most of those people are Muslim.

There does seem to be a slight anti Muslim feel in Britain and it doesn't matter where they are from really but i'm sure it's the same everywhere.

If a Muslim man sits next to you on a plane/bus then people do generally feel quite edgy.

Not in the least. Unless of course he is ticking, but that would be true for any nationality.

It's not that America is anti-Muslim, it's that Muslims are very anti-American.

Are Muslims anti-American?

I don't hear their voices in support of the US but often hear the lambasting of the USA from them.

Time will tell what we should really think one way or the other.

America is anti-"psychopathic, religious zealots with explosives".

Most of those people today, unfortunately, happen to be Muslims.

America loves peaceful Muslims but not peaceful Muslims who excuse the actions of psycho Muslims.

I want the illegal muslims gone.

Legal citizens are okay and their rights should be protected.

It's not all muslims that are the problem, but it's always a muslim causing the problem.

As a whole the answer is No, but as with every society there are some out there that actually believe we are in or want a war against a religion for one reason or another. Thankfully more rational minds run this nation, for now.
