I provided a link to Merriam Webster to help you out. Do you disagree with it?
Not at all. I got the feeling that you were ignoring the "irrational" part of the definition. I have simply never met anyone with an irrational fear of homosexuals or homosexuality.
You fall into the category of homophobic, you refuse to accept valid findings that homosexuality is not abnormal, yet you persist in calling it that, it is you that is mentally confused by a bigoted antiquated book. I am not confused one bit. We are a group of people that are being discriminated against because of people like you. You are the problem with equal rights going forward and history will list people like you as blockades to full equal rights. Swell way to go down in history. I AM NOT CONFUSED!!!
Apparently you very much are because you, along with millions of other gays don't understand what homophobic actually means... you also use it against people who do understand what it truly means and they laugh at your ignorance.

I don't know anyone that actually fears them.
When you look up a dictionary, make sure you read past the first word you come across. Okay?

Thinking homosexuality is wrong doesn't mean one's afraid of homosexuals.

See you are even more confused, I have never read any book against Homosexuals I base my opinion on common sense not some black birds and gut worms or nut cases at the APA.
you see the difference in us is I feel you are free to have your opinion and i wont get mad because you do I am not trying to tell you what to believe where as you are.
. . .
Which is worst? I say racism by far; I just don’t know anyone who would fall into the Homophobic category any more than someone being Hetrophobic.
This is true.
No one refers to anyone as heterophobic; fear of heterosexuals.
It is a ridiculous term used by the far left with an agenda.

Homophobia is about more than just being "afraid" of homosexuals. And even "afraid" has multiple meanings. But at least a considerable number of people with dislike for, hatred of, aversion against homosexuality or homosexuals are in that position from being afraid of their lifestyle encroaching theirs. No?
