Many of those rights seem quite vague. Decent this, decent that... What is a decent home?
The right to a job, hm, that makes me think of the masses of unemployed people here and elsewhere demanding jobs as if jobs were something the government had in stock and could simply distribute.

Just do a Google search on the names and read the Wikipedia articles on their early life. Until you get to #10, there is no inheritance. Yes, some did have an advantage of stepping into an existing business.
