Are you kidding? Americans are notorious for showing no shame, modesty, or common sense when it comes to exposing their private lives. Any doubt? Tune in to Jerry Springer or any of the multitude of disgusting Reality Shows!

I'm not sure you want to consider a good business manager a guy who has managed to bankrupt a casino on multiple occasions.
Well, the guy is still by his own admission very wealthy. And I did not say I'd rush out to check his name and pull the lever, but I would consider him.

If no one else of any quality steps forward to challenge Obama I would definitely vote for Trump.

Actually, except and after-the-fact, pro-forma 2007 short form certificate, there is no evidence Obama was born in the U.S. Frankly, I am with his wife Michelle on this one. She stated he was born in Kenya, and that is good enough for me, in the absence of other evidence.

Trump will make a fine President if he runs. He will absolutely, slice, dice and puree' Obama in the debates.

Does that make Michelle crazy too since she said he was born in Kenya?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBJihJBePcs Home country means birthplace. Don't try to spin it.

She did not say that. Her reference to Kenya as Obama's homeland, or whatever word she used, was the same as JFK saying Ireland was his homeland. But you knew that, if you read any of the 10,000 posts on 1000 threads about this on CD.

You are spinning it. If Obama was capable he would have laid this controversy to rest when it first arose. Call me crazy if you want. I couldn't care less.

Geez, you are one of the few that wants more of the same. I dont care what Trump believes about Obama's birth. Id vote for him anyways over Obama. If we can give an unproven guy with shady friends and a shady past a chance, why couldnt we give a successful businessman a chance?

You fall into the group that would vote for Obama not matter what he does. No matter how bad things get, youd vote for him. Even though, you dont seem to do a very good, job at defending him. Not with any substance, facts, or reality anyways.

Exactly. Yes some of these "birthers" are nuts but what has Obama done exactly to just put the whole thing to rest?

He couldve put this to rest from day one, but chose not to. You cant blame some people for having some questions.

You don't care whether somebody you could vote for believes in long debunked conspiracy theories? As mentioned, trump has long history of his businesses going bankrupt; not sure why you'd consider him a successful business leader except he's made his own fortune in the process.

As for your second paragraph, I could've voted for McCain before he chose palin. I could see myself voting for Daniels. I voted for Romney in '02, and then he proceeded tore eras himself on a host of social issues and badmouth the state he was supposed to be governing in speeches before the rest of the country. I won't vote for him again because of that, regardless of his positions.
