Does Hawaii Ever Release LONG-FORM Birth Certificates?

The answer is Yes - as recent as September, 2010, with verification of the transaction.

I found the beginnings of the recorded history of the birthers movement.

LOL, World Nuts Daily! An anonymous poster with an anonymous receipt. But we can't believe the governor, oh, my no!

Celebrity Journalist: I Never Spoke to Hawaii Gov About Obama Birth Certificate - FoxNews.com

A celebrity journalist now claims he misspoke when he said last week that Hawaii’s governor told him he was unable to find President Barack Obama’s original birth certificate after a search of state and hospital archives.

<snip>

“Only this I can you tell you is 100 percent fact: that Neil never told me there was no birth certificate,” Evans told Fox News. “I never talked to him.”

why would it take a "law" to change the name of state forms? No law is needed to that.

Show me the law that says that all record forms must have require a law to change it?

That is ridiculous.

The Department that handles the records can call their records whatever they want, with any and all revisions. Revisions are approved by the registrar of the Department.

If you have a problem with that, then contact the Department of Health in Hawaii

That is nothing but bullcrap.

I've already posted in this very thread that the story is a lie. You couldn't request a long form In person or online, or via mail-in.

Here is the form you could fill out, and its the SAME form that is issued to you whether you walk in the door at the Hawaii Department of Health or if you access it online:

Please tell me where on this form is the "long form" check box?

oh wait, the online form right?

http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/pdf/birth.pdf

Nope. Same form. Same date of revision.

You rely on the claims from the Post and Email (a known hate, racist, birther propaganda site and where the original article was posted, which was a story related to Miki Booth - so hearsay of hearsay) of an account of an anonymous man who said he went to the DOH in Hawaii and said the forms had a "checkbox"

Of course, no evidence to support the claim, yet look at what I posted above

The actual form; the SAME form they have been using for nearly 6 years.

Tell me where on that form is a "check" box to get your long form.

I'm waiting. I've asked this question already, and you birthers have yet to answer it.

And before you claim they changed it, you can actually track the history of the form via archives.org and you can see in Dec of 2005 that the form has been the same since.

World Nut Daily.

News for you, that isn't a certified document. That is just a photocopy of a form; it has no weight as an official document since it doesn't have the seal of Hawaii, no date by the registrar, and no signature.

We don't know what DANAE (the person who requested) did. She never posted a video of her opening the envelope to receive that copy.

She has posted before, that she had the original COLB. How do we know that she didn't simply copy her original onto a blank piece of paper?

A receipt tells us nothing. It just says she paid $10 for something. she could have received the COLB like everyone in Hawaii does, but it doesn't prove that she paid for a long form copy.

And since that posting, DANAE has gone silent. When pressed for more evidence, she completely disappeared off the net.

do you mean the "danae" certificate?

http://nativeborncitizen.files.wordp...danae-colb.jpg

it's very nice but it lacks an embossed state seal and signature from registrar, two federal requirements for a proof of birth document.

Riiiiiight, so where is it - what did he find?

It's not the same form. You used to be able to request the long form, now you can't. When and why did they change it, and I would like to see the documentation to institute that change. I'm sure they are making it up as we speak.
