Obama has the Secret Service and all kinds of law enforcement and military protecting him.
Former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty said; "I for one do not believe that we should be raising that issue in the sense that I think President Obama was born in the United States. CNN reported that they saw the birth certificate. At one point, I saw a newscast where they reported that." What a cop-out little weasel!!!
This is a perfect example of a politician that is protecting is political life instead of saying what he really thinks because he's afraid of upsetting a segment of people. Personally, I do not care for someone without the courage to speak his/her mind.
Don't hold your breath. The 2012 election may require proof of eligibility where in the 2008 election there was no proof required at any level.
And guess what, any state that requires anything more than Hawaii's birth certificate will be held to be unconstitutional as a violation of the Full Faith and Credit Clause in any court in the country.

Amazing isn't it? Mickey Mouse could have been added to any state's ballot for POTUS in 2008. I believe over half the states now have laws pending that will require eligibility for POTUS in the 2012 election. Even if just a handful of states have such laws it will require that Obozo either produce his long-form birth certificate showing he qualifies...or he will decide not to seek a 2nd term.

Bush had a huge family and paper trail from his birth where his eligibilty was of no question to anyone. However, I believe he did provide his long-form birth certificate. We know McCain provided his.
