The funniest thing.... most GOP-leaning states are actually the biggest beneficiaries in terms of federal money flowing in vs flowing out. Actually, Northeastern States are getting screwed more than anything.

Well, what was this ratio like back when the South was reliably democratic and the north was Republican? I would have to figure it had nothing to do with the political parties.
