Very sad to see. Hopefully we take care of them since they are Americans, after all (even if many on the mainland forget that).

I saw on The Weather Channel, referring to Puerto Rico as a "country". The heck? We're NOT a country, we're US soil too!

Definitely keeping Puerto Ricans in my thoughts today. There has been tremendous damage to the island, whole towns that will need to be rebuilt.

Telecommunications are down too, so it's difficult to communicate with anyone on the island. Hopefully that changes soon.

I hope Trump gives Puerto Rico whatever it needs, they desperately need our help.

Terrible ordeal this island has been suffering through, and many people don't realize how broke this island is. I mean broke as in they cannot afford the interest payments on existing loans, where will the money to rebuild come from? My thoughts are with these poor people and I hope they can recover from this.

Enough with defense spending, let's spend money on disaster relief for a change.
