Why is Eric Holder making international comments on Libya?

Maybe a poster here is correct, Holder is preparing to defend Obama's decision to attack Libya and he just handed us a freebie head start.

If so, then they must already know he did something wrong or why else start defending before anyone even gets a chance to discuss it.

Yep when i was hearing his speech, i was thinking myself, ok what is up here, something is surely up, what is going on. Makes me think myself, that they may already know something and preparing us, but for what!
Or is power going to holder's head.
