Our AG has no right to be making comments on foreign issues for many reasons. It is simply not his job to be doing this.

The ATTY GEN is kind of on the hook here.

Obama is in some warm water (if not hot) because of a legal interpretation of the War Powers Act.

It is the ATTY GEN who provides that legal opinion to the president.

In this case, there is plenty of evidence that Obama broke the law in invading Lybia. Holder has a role to play in that.

Obama put Holder in charge of class while he is on vacation. After all, Obama has rendered Congress irrelevant and Holder is the professor's pet.

I'm a little concerned about this too. The message sent by having the nation's top law enforcement official deliver remarks on what is supposedly an intervention for prevention of attacks on innocent only is not good. Sends the message that maybe we are planning on doing more than just preventing attacks on innocents.

I cannot think of any other time in my life when something as serious as we have happening around the world like today when an AG does the speaking for a President.

Maybe a poster here is correct, Holder is preparing to defend Obama's decision to attack Libya and he just handed us a freebie head start.

If so, then they must already know he did something wrong or why else start defending before anyone even gets a chance to discuss it.
