Boy....those Hispanics are scaring the hell out of some people!
If you think one group should be dominant because ..........................and other groups threaten your dominance that tends to be just a wee tad upsetting to some.
Actually you'd be much better served getting some Chipotle stock. By the wayTaco Bell is part of Yum Brands the same corporation that owns Kentucky Fried Chicken. There is no Taco Bell stock per se.

New census milestone: Hispanics to hit 50 million - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110324/ap_on_re_us/us_census2010_population - broken link)
SIMPLY AMAZING that NO where does it even mention the amount of said Hispanic's who may be illegals. Could Yahoo News be more biased???
This makes me happy for spending all that time learning Spanish. I rule.

Bottom line is Chipotle and Taco Bell are both Tex-Mex and not authentic Mexican.

Both restaurants represent what I love about America --- the Americanization of other cultures and traditions within our borders. Happened with Chinese food too (a Taiwanese friend of mine's family owned a Chinese buffet... he said the stuff they served is not even close to authentic Chinese, and that Americans could never stomach it if they were to serve authentic!)
It's the way it should work, frankly. You want authentic, go find it, but nothing wrong with creating a uniquely American version of the "old world" cuisine!
