I thought France, who started this war and would benefit most from the Libyan oil, would start taking the lead role. Or the U.K., which also would significantly benefit from their oil.
I think everyone knows by now that the UN is primarily another name for the US military, with our allies throwing in some support, and us calling it an "international effort." So that make 3 wars we're running at the same time. I'm sure we can afford those, the retirement of the Baby Boom, and the continuing explosion of the now-$15 trillion dollar federal debt, especially with the low-paying, no-benefits "Service Economy" only providing jobs for a fraction of our productive workforce.
I would have though Obama would have a little concern about following the "orders" of France, Hillary Clinton, and others, but it is apparent that he hates the actual job of being President and is happy to let other radical liberals make decisions that only they and their Special Interests can explain.
After all, as our Vacationer-in-Chief and Sports-Commentator-in-Chief, Obama has much more important (fun) things to focus on.

Did you catch Beck this afternoon? I think he explained much of what is happening here and why it is happening. Only for open minded people, though.

But they are being sent with the stipulation that they can't be used for any combat, at all. Actually the Arabs promised to help but has withdrawn other than those three countries.

bob, did the Arab League nations ask for help and then back out when the fool Europeans and their daddy, the US decided to help? Yes, our forces will do all the work and when troops are needed to fight Qaddafi's army they will be doing that also. Everyone knows that when they need help the others can count on the good old US.
I wouldn't be nearly as unhappy with what our Man did this week if he had done it last week. You say wait and see and he sure did do that. I guess he has to study some polls to determine what to do.

Actually I don't want to be influenced by other people's opinions, so I don't listen to talk radio or media sources with strong biases on either side. I've heard the name, but I didn't really know who Beck was until I just looked it up.

The biggest problem here is that this has been a civil war from the begnning and people like you were always againss Afghanistan till Obama claimed as his own. Hell, libs even talked all along about Iraq being a civil war when it started out as US v. Iraq.
How many Arab nations are still involved in what libs refer to as the coalition.

Oh wait........they are just bombing the country, that is different!!
HOPE & CHANGE = OBAMA WAR IN LIBYA, where will he lead us next!!
