I have no respect for them because they are conservatives and support conservatives causes. This at least makes them have more in common with the most bigoted, narrow-minded segment of our society such as the Klan than they have with the ideology of say the Kennedys.

With all their money, they could be part of the solution. However, they prefer to waste their lives being rich and ignorant....part of the problem.

It is not that the Koch Bros. are rich and ignorant (they are not) but their efforts to make everyone else poor and ignorant. Their purchase of the Tea Party and support of FOX NOISE is an example. Their use of their fortune made off government owned oil leases to continue polluting energy projects is an example of their unlimited greed.

Yeah, isn't it funny how the Left ignores this double standard?

Progressive/liberals should love the guys. They are for gay marriage, for making pot legal, against the Patriot Act, and for defense cuts.

The Left/obama/dems have a discernible pattern here. Target your enemies - Chamber of Commerce, Fox News, business, CEOs, doctors after your feet, or anybody else that disagrees with your views and set out to destroy them.

Well, as we have seen with former targets of the Left/dems, this attack is not getting them anywhere, if anything, the brothers have come out more in the public view than ever.

Nice job guys, with the fallacious, petty campaign to attack everything good about America and the dream.

Since Glenn Beck has connected soros to many of the people in the obama administration, and showed him to be at the center of most of the unrest in the world today, the left needs to find someone on the right to balance things.

The difference is this, Beck has proven the soros links, the left can only speculate about the Koch brothers.

I have nothing against a wealthy person donating to causes they deem worthy and politicians they like. But when corporate hacks are paying millions upon millions of dollars to buy politicians in order to enact harmful agendas, that I have a problem with. For instance, dependence on oil and gas is very profitable to oil companies, so buying off politicians to prevent them from serious research into alternative fuel sources I have a problem with. Or in this instance, the Koch brothers buying out Walker to get him to dismantle collective bargaining rights, then they get kickbacks in the form of tax breaks and the like.

Because this thread is not about him? Why is it assumed that I like George Soros? You probably think I voted for Obama too.
