Biden said if president Bush went to war with Iran w/o congressional approval, he'd move to impeach him, but 0bama can go to war with Libya?

Would someone please remind the other half of TEAM STUPID, the lame duck VP that he VOTED FOR the war resolution that sent our troops to Iraq.
