Let me explain something to you (first of all, don't quit your restaurant job for law school, please).

Termination of Parental Rights is state specific, but in no state is the disability of a parent grounds in and of itself for that termination.

As I understand it a certain poster in this thread with very vehement views on this case better start praying her labour goes according to plan and she is never in the same position as this mother.

Care to comment on the topic? I'm sure we'd be interested in hearing your take on the judge's decision.

For my part, I believe the judge made the correct decision, and that the mother and children will still benefit from contact with each other despite her handicap.
