There's a report of a person injured in a pipe bomb explosion. The bomb was hidden in the Sunday paper. A second bomb was found in the same neighborhood.
The explosion was in Vacaville--which for anyone who knows anything about the Bay Area, isn't that close to San Francisco--it's about an hour away and 3 counties removed from SF and closer to Sacramento. No one from Northern California would ever refer to Vacaville as a San Francisco suburb, as it wasn't until recently that it was even considered part of the Bay Area.
Also the police on the scene said that it wasn't a pipe bomb and they didn't find any additional bombs.

I was going by an AP news story which referred to it as a suburb of SF

Write an email to AP! They are notorious with this stuff. It is not the OP's fault.
In Vacaville? I highly doubt it. Vacaville has a history of white supremacist activity, they'd be far more likely culprits.
