The gathering of eagles are expressing their freedom of speech just as much as the original protestors. There hasn't been any violence that I'm aware of, only complaints that protestors have felt "threatened" by the presence of someone with an opposing viewpoint. Talk about either lack of tolerance, or lack of belief in there own cause.

Your original post complained about people calling others anti-American, and then you go on to call them fascist, communist, neo con nazi, scaremongering, and hateful. Its the same game.

I'm proud to have attended two Gathering of Eagles events so far. The March 17, 2007 Veterans Memorials event in Washington DC and the Memorial Day Weekend events in Washington DC. (I never saw that many brikes in my life.)


Wow it's great to see such a patriotic group of people I think GOE is awesome.

That fringe group, Gathering of Eagles, really looks like a spinoff from the American Nazi Party to me. 'My President, no matter how wrong?' How many people can honestly buy into that these days?

THe military is even against this mess, and has warned the country about what would happen way before we invaded Iraq.

After all the information we now know, and all the lies of this administration, I can draw no other conclusion about those who still follow his dictates. You'd either have to have your head in the sand or be on some payroll of the wrongdoers or their cronies.

How many people have to die before we admit that this war is a big mistake?

We should be fighting the terrorists, not the Iraqi people. This aggression on our part has recruited more people into the ranks of the terrorists than Bin Ladin had ever dreamed of. The Iraqi people did NOTHING to harm us. You'd have to be the sort who talks to Martians to believe that they did.

Either that, or loyal, Nazi - types, who just do what they are told without questioning the Leader. Not healthy for a democracy.

Your posts are something out of a bad B-grade movie directed by Karl Rove. The bottom line is the VAST majority (like 99.8%) of Americans who dissaprove of this war... and this administration.... WOULD NEVER belong to any of the groups you are showing in that picture or on your website.

Here are the results of a Peace Advocate Rally in January 2007 in Washington DC. These pictures helped motivate the first Gathering of Eagles Rally on March 17, 2007.

On March 17, 2007, A.N.S.W.E.R., Code Pink, Cindy Sheehan, Jane Fonda, etc; all planned to start one of their Peace Rallies starting at the World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War Memorials in Washington DC.

In two months, Gathering of Eagles formed over the internet and made sure the Peace Advocates did not vandalize the World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War Memorials.

We outnumbered them three to one. (Gathering of Eagles had 30,000 flag wavers.) Cindy Sheehan showed up, but soon retired from being a Peace Advocate.

Jane Fonda was a complete no show on March 17, 2007.
