The right wing always craps all over vets. They take away their health care, they cut their pensions, and they rig the system to make sure wounded vets don't get the compensation or care they should be entitled too.

Don't give aid and comfort to the enemy. Help send the troops equipment they need. Help out a familiy who has a member currently serving. Write letters of support to service members. Support companies who hire vets. Do what you can to support veteran programs in your area.

Here's a few for starters:

Wounded Warrior Project - Home

Disabled American Veterans

Veterans Organizations | The American Legion | Veterans Serving Veterans

Soldiers' Angels - Soldiers' Angels

USO

Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund

Oh! you forgot another suggestion....don't vote for Republicans! Especially if they're like Anti-American REPUBLICAN Michelle Bacmann who wants to cut funding to disabled vets....

Because the right wing flag fetishists have a monopoly on patriotism. Right.
