That's who it was. I couldn't remember. For their sake I hope the federal government never recognizes them.

C'mon...you know better.
Actually government welfare has destroyed community. The poor are relegated to the tender mercies of government bureaucrats and we rarely rub elbows with them. Out of sight, out of mind. If the poor again became the responsibility of individuals and communites they would be better off and we as people would be better off.

Nobody forces idiots to get pregnant. Nobody forces anyone to have children they don't want, NOBODY. If you don't want children don't get pregnant.
You want to kick puppies? Why does that even come to mind under ANY circumstances?...it's not a cute or funny thing to say- or think........if that's how you meant it- as in you are just "jokin' around". Please don't say such things around kids (starving or otherwise). Kids take things very literally and tend to emulate adults.

give me a break
You may pay less than $100 at your General Practicioner.......but Gynocologists are considered specialists and charge at least $180 for an office call........and don't forget the reguired lab tests that can cost a couple hundred on top of that. The next time your wife goes to the gynocologist, take the time to look at the total charges before your insurance paid it's share.

And........here is a newsflash for ya........most poor people do not see a doctor once a year.

What about the women who are not on welfare and work at minimum wage jobs or are only able to get 30 hours a week?

That is the woman who needs the low cost services of Planned Parenthood.......so she DOESN'T become a welfare ma ma.

You have to quit making snap judgements and assumtions about other people's circumstances. Please, stop and think.

And.......as I said in my other post.....that once a year gynocologist visit costs me $180.....and that does not include tests.
