Our leaders are a reflection of the electorate and there is not a better example of hypocrisy then this forum. Some {R} posters here were claiming that businesses were not investing or hiring because of the uncertainty of the Bush tax cuts being extended. So 2 years go by and the exact time frame 2 years for the Bush tax cuts to expire is passed. The first time it's a job killer but the second time since the {R}s passed the measure it is a job creator. Do you see the hypocrisy or is it just me

That is the other thing. The GOP have given the American people a sense of calm and certainty regarding the taxes obama was not allowed to raise.

Psychologically, that made a big difference to the people, knowing they had a champion in the GOP to thwart obama and the dems.
