I don't like Obamas politics. He is smart to raise money when he can. This is what the free market does. Allows you to contibute when you see a cause you are interested in. At least while he's at these fund raisers he wont be trying to run our lives.

EVERY President who wants a second term spends way too much time and money campaigning. As long as politicians can be reelected, this is how it will be. The dollar amounts may change, but this is how it has been for decades. Obama isn't abusing the system or doing anything more then any other past President. If he's able to get $38k per plate then more power to him... the other candidates would be just as thrilled to charge that if they could.

Hate the system and the game (I do, too), but this isn't an Obama-specific issue and trying to make it one just shows false-rage-partisanship, nothing more.

What was Bush doing when he addressed a fund raiser?

How about the one where he, with that smarmy smirk on his face, welcomed his "base", the "HAVE AND HAVE MORES".....

that one bother you???

Nope, just raise that money so his big-ego and empty suit (No "e") can get re-elected and finish destroying the country.

What a crock! And I'm trying to be restrained with this post...
I believe his PRIORITY should be to run the country. But hey, he sucks at that, so might as well go back to what he's good at......yapping his mouth.
