A "weapon"??? You mean a stick, right? An 8 year old kid with a stick??? and a few cops couldn't contain him without pepper spray ????

Wimpy cops. They just got irritated at the kid and lost control.

If the teachers or police had used any type of physical restraint or defended themselves you betcha that kid would have been played as the "victim" and those teachers would have been suspended and those cops would have been sued.

In this PC crazy US this is what is has come down to.

Slap him upside the head.

Course, I guess that would be getting a little too personal.

They have to use an inanimate object to control their desires.

Some people swat flies with a newspaper, while others spray them.

Some people just don't like to get personal, I guess.

How about talk to him.

Just like Waco and Ruby Ridge, the cops like to push for action rather than wait for a peaceful solution.

He was the victim. He got sprayed.

They could have chilled out for awhile and talked to the kid.

How come at Halloween kids don't dress up as cops?

Think about it!

The fact that an 8 year old with a stick saying bad words is made out to be a big huge deal in the USA makes me laugh. This is extremely pathetic and disgustingly ignorant.

The situation is weird : probably manufactured by the school so they appear legitimate and professional while the child scapegoat is thrown under the bus. And it reflects very poorly on the school he goes to. What type of school is that?

I am just surprised they did not shoot him.
The idiocy of the police state never fails to amaze me.
