The woman did exactly the right thing. She got herself to safety. I am glad she is not hurt. Why these threads have to bring out the bloodlust in some of you I don't know. Just eats some of you up that you have never gotten to kill someone for cause. Are you sure it is all it's cracked up to be? I neither want to kill or be killed. If I can avoid croaking my neighbor permanently just because he is off his meds and feels like acting out Texas Chainsaw Massacre, I am going to do that. I get to keep bonking his old lady and he gets the help he needs, win-win.

Yeah, she got herself to safety...by jumping off of her balcony.
Good thing she didn't live on the sixth floor.
Defending one's life is not "bloodlust."
I hope that I never have to take a life,
but if the excrement hits the rotary
oscillator, I'm throwin' lead.

What if she was the fat, unable-to-run-if-she-survives-the-jump resident of an 8th floor apartment?
How would you lecture her on being a good victim and doing no harm to a chainsaw wielding fellow citizen?
