thats just it, you can't "just go about anywhere" for health services. PP is about low cost health, which when you go "anywhere" can be so costly it stops people from seeking care.

Never fails for someone to pop up in a thread about abortions talking about the 100% certainty of coat hanger abortions if anything disrupts the free flowing abortion services. Are there really pregant women so hell bent on getting abortions that they would go into an alley and have a coat hanger shoved in them? If they are that stupid, maybe they are in line for a Darwin award and it would not be useful to interrupt evolution in progress.
