Actually, a missle is guided, the 'rockets' fired into Israel from the occupied territories are just made out of fertilizer and other crude implements.
So what. Its still a missle. Thus then it must ok for Israelis to shoot UNGUIDED missles into Gaza without any thought of where it lands just like the Palestinians.

So according to you these are all old soda cans filled with fertilizer:

al-Quds rocket - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It speculates that Israel knew of some of the terrorists behind 9/11 (as did the FBI), but did not warn the US about them (as did the FBI). I don't see the grounds for criticism. We arrested Zacarias Moussaoui, a 9/11 plotter, and 9/11 came to pass anyway. The long and short of it is that nobody knew that these people were going to crash airplanes into buildings.

Oh surprise, we didn't see this coming with Obama minions using the exact UN wording used to justify attacking Libya directed at Israel. The term was 'potential holocost' committed by Israel.

Obama does deserve the transparency award he received in a private ceremony. Aside from always includig the phrase, 'let me be clear' Obama now unabashadly insults our allies and embraces our enemies. hiring a communist in Van Jones and hanging a Mao Christmas tree ornamant show his transparent distaste for America so what chance does Israel have with Obama at the bat.

They are rockets, not missiles. You are incorrect.

Nobody is justifying anything. You are trying to make it seem as if these Palestinian groups just sprang up overnight because they hate Israel for some random reason.

That's not the case. These groups sprang up to fight back those who occupy them. Israel is entirely responsible for this problem because they created it with their settlement programs and entirely ridiculous responses where they bomb all kinds of civilian areas.

When the ANC bombed government offices in apartheid South Africa, those were acts of terrorism too. But again, these groups didn't spring up overnight they were created by a subjugated people.

If Israel wants the terrorism to stop they need to stop their terrorism and end the occupation, settlements, etc. They seem unwilling to do such a thing.

Since 2001 28 people haves died from these rockets. How many died when Israel cluster bombed Gaza and used white phosphorous as Israelis had picnics on the countryside?

Had picnics on the countryside? Are you kidding?!

Maybe in Tel Aviv, the "bubble" of Israel where its hard to feel any Middle East tension, but what about the cities closer Gaza?

Sderot? Beer Sheba? Ashdod? Ashkelon?

Those cities suffered from hundreds of "rocket" attacks (you're minimizing the seriousness of them - remember, UN agencies and the Red Cross also referred to them as war crimes) that disrupted daily life, closed down schools, and made all the residents live in fear. It almost killed people.

If the rockets had the ability to reach the massively dense city of Tel Aviv (which they very well could in the future with all of the smuggling from Lebanon and Iran going on), the amount of casualties would be devastating and similar to the deaths in Gaza from the IDF (also an extremely dense population).

And how is sending in rockets and missiles "fighting back"? All it does is maim random Israelis (and also Arabs and tourists inside) and destroy property and disrupt daily life.

The terrorists know that terrorizing Israel like that will not bring them any closer to a Palestinian state (they know the IDF will respond with great force). They just want to kill and terrorize people. Hell, don't you know the countless amounts of Israeli Arabs and foreigners (who weren't even Jewish) that were killed during the Second Intifada? What do you think they thought of their deaths? Whoops! Sorry! Didn't mean for you to be here! I was only aiming for the Jews!

Don't be silly. As long as the attacks are in Israel and have the potential to kill people ANYONE dying is A-OK.

You bring a good point up towards the end. Yes, many more Palestinians died than Israelis. Many civilians too. And the IDF made HUGE mistakes and were extremely negligent. But it's very hard to be so precise when the terrorists you're targeting purposely hide in civilian areas and shoot at soldiers from schools and houses filled with innocent civilians. There were several bad apples in the IDF that were intent on killing civilians because they were evil people and nuts. But I still do today believe that the majority of IDF soldiers and the Israeli government went into Gaza only wanting to kill the terrorists and the civilian deaths were a result of negligence and error.

Yes, maybe these terrorists were "created" by the Occupation. And Israel needs to stop their countless building and many atrocities committed in the West Bank. But didn't Israel leave the Gaza Strip in 2005? And things were looking better until Hamas was elected in return for the favor.

Hamas believes that all of historic Palestine should be under strict Islamic rule by any means necessary (kind of like how ardent extremist Zionists are always criticized - also for good reason). I see no other way for Israel to respond to a Democratically elected government that refuses their existence than by sealing the border to Gaza until they change their viewpoint.

You're right - the current Israeli government sucks, big time. I live here right now and I can't stand them. But I definitely disagree with you that the terrorism will stop once Israel ends the Occupation.

See above- Hamas wants all of Historic Palestine - everything- under their control, turning into a modern day Iranian like regime. If the Palestinian people want their future state to be like that - they can have it. But they have to be willing to negotiate just like the Israelis and live side by side under separate borders.

Random Reason - no. They, with the backing of numerous Arab countries, lost multiple wars since 1948. They want all Israelis DEAD.

How soon after the last Israeli pulled out of Gaza on Sept 12th, 2005 did the Palestinians start shooting rockets into Israel? A few hours.

How dare those people dance? Especially when the US did so many good things for Israel.

"Arab league to appeal for..."
So what? The Arab league are true experts in PR. Do you know how many appeals they filed?
But truth to be said, when it comes to PR, they are far superior to the Israelis. They already won that battle long ago.

is it okay or would it be fine for the UN to reverse what they did in 1948 in favor for palestines?
