Christie just annihilated Buono in NJ. Does his victory spell a long overdue end to the tea party and a return to a more pragmatic, moderate GOP.

I hope so.

Christie 2016!

Chris Christie is not a moderate. Chris Christie is never going to be President, but I do hope he runs so he can lose.

Democrats are scared, and you certainly should be.

LOL, conservatives say that about every conservative politician Democrats criticize.

I hope so. I'm tired of the crazy in the GOP. We need more Northeastern influence in the largely Deep South dominated GOP.

Short answer NO. Christie is the best thing the GOP has going but he might not even be able to get out the Republican Primaries... Most people that are Tea Party crazy don't recognize they have a problem...

Always find it interesting when people who aren't GOP think they know how members of the party are going to vote.

I am a fan of Christie. I think he has enough appeal to win over the critical independents.

You're right. He just seems moderate compared to the right wing lunacy as of late and I agree that he will not win if he runs.

Can you get rid of all the racism in the Republican Party with Christie? The racists and the southern wing of the Republican party are in control. Maybe when all the Tea Party geezers die out we will see a change.

The same way you claimed we were scared of Scott Walker last year ? This time they actually polled his head to head vs Hillary and he lost in the exit polls.

In the Scott Walker Race President Obama won 51-45 in the exit polls

In this race Hillary Clinton won 49 to 43 vs Christie.
