Why should they? It wasn't a state election, it was for the President of the United States. A clear abdication of duties to vet the Manchurian candidate.

You shouldn't need a passport to go to Colorado.

I hope the nutters make this a central issue of the next Presidential campaign.

That way, all the idiots would vote for the dumbest candidate.

Oh wait, that would be bad. We have too many idiots.

Should be interesting if a southern state tries to stop a black civil rights attorney
from running for POTUS!

because it is a legal proof of birth, certified by the state, that meets federal standards and because of that falls under the "full faith and credit" clause of the US constitution.

Every Day I find another reason to be ashamed of Arizona, I thought Kyl perjuring himself on the floor of the Senate was this weeks low but now we have this.

And this is why I hate living here. I am so embarrassed to live here. But it wasn't like this when I moved here. And I'll get out as soon as I can.

I read this elsewhere, sounds logical to me....

Quote:
Under Article IV Section 1 of the United States Constitution and the United States Code, Arizona
is required to accept records issued under the Seal of the State that provides the information relevant
to the issue to be decided.
Hawaii's COLB provides all relevant information and if Arizona were to reject
that, then they are violating the Constitution.

That's why I left as well. Too many uneducated fools in AZ. Many of them hold public office in fact. There are a lot of great places to live in America, but Arizona isn't one of them right now.

Good luck getting out soon!
