Some states will require MORE then just a EBR and that will take Obama right out of the running.
Any state that does that will get a judicial smackdown for violating the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the Constitution.
Odd how birthers are always crowing about how they're trying to defend the Constitution but at the same time make it abundantly clearly just how little they know about it.
In case you guys missed it, here's what the state of Arizona is going to be demanding from presidential candidates in their blatantly unconstitutional bill:

B. THE AFFIDAVIT PRESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION A SHALL INCLUDE REFERENCES TO AND ATTACHMENT OF ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, WHICH SHALL BE SWORN TO UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY:
1. A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE'S LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE THAT INCLUDES AT LEAST THE DATE AND PLACE OF BIRTH, THE NAMES OF THE HOSPITAL AND THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN, IF APPLICABLE, AND SIGNATURES OF ANY WITNESSES IN ATTENDANCE. IF THE CANDIDATE DOES NOT POSSESS A LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS REQUIRED BY THIS PARAGRAPH, THE CANDIDATE MAY ATTACH TWO OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS THAT SHALL TAKE THE PLACE OF THE LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE IF THE CANDIDATE SWEARS TO THEIR AUTHENTICITY AND VALIDITY AND THE DOCUMENTS CONTAIN ENOUGH INFORMATION FOR THE SECRETARY OF STATE TO DETERMINE IF THE CANDIDATE MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS PRESCRIBED IN ARTICLE II, SECTION 1, CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES:
(a) EARLY BAPTISMAL OR CIRCUMCISION CERTIFICATE.
(b) HOSPITAL BIRTH RECORD.
(c) POSTPARTUM MEDICAL RECORD FOR THE MOTHER OR CHILD SIGNED BY THE DOCTOR OR MIDWIFE OR THE PERSON WHO DELIVERED OR EXAMINED THE CHILD AFTER BIRTH.
(d) EARLY CENSUS RECORD.
Not at all. This liberal is wishing her state legislature would stop wasting time and taxpayer money on bills that don't pass the constitutional smell test. States are required to give full faith and credit to other states' official documents; they cannot dictate the format another state's document will take.
This is actually an attempt to BREAK a law that is already in place.
That assumes that the state will actually PRODUCE the documents in question.
Thanks god Arizona has guts to do what all the states should have done. And, it takes a woman to do it.
do you realize that, as mentioned above, arizona will have to accept the hawaiian COLB as proof of birth as per the US constitution?
this is not the obama "death-nail" that the birthers wish it to be. just the opposite. when the arizona legislature accepts the COLB as proof of birth then what? will you believe that arizona is in on the conspiracy or have been bought off?
I love it. A state that's serious about enforcing laws that not even the government will enforce. Arizona should change its name to the Cojones State.
