If increasing taxes on the wealthy supposedly will decrease creation of new jobs, would a 0% tax rate for the wealthy make America "awash" in jobs?

We could try it and find out. After December, when congress and the president finally agreed NOT to increase the penalties on success, job creation increased, and the unemployement rate has gone down, though slightly.
